1. General Provisions
- These Regulations define the goals, rules, terms, and conditions for participation in the bounty program aimed at promoting the crypto lending service Qovvo.io (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
- The bounty program is a marketing activity in which participants (hereinafter referred to as Bounty Hunters) perform specific tasks related to promoting the Service in exchange for rewards in tokens or other forms.
- The organizer of the bounty program is the Service team (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. Program Goals
- Increase awareness of the Service within the crypto community.
- Grow the number of platform users.
- Draw attention to the functionality and advantages of the Service.
- Create high-quality content about the Service across various media.
3. Program Participants
- Anyone over the age of 18 and capable of completing the tasks may participate.
- Participants must:
- Provide accurate information;
- Comply with these Regulations.
- Participation with multiple accounts, submitting fake activity, or traffic manipulation is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. Task Categories
- Content Marketing
- Writing articles, reviews, blog posts;
- Creating videos (YouTube, TikTok);
- Podcasts, infographics.
- Social Media (SMM)
- Posts, reposts, comments, stories;
- Participation in discussions;
- Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, etc.
- Forums and Communities
- Managing threads on Bitcointalk;
- Responding in community discussions;
- Generating constructive dialogues.
- Translations
- Translating project materials;
- Localizing documentation;
- Adding subtitles to videos.
5. Rewards
- Rewards are issued in Service tokens (or another cryptocurrency at the discretion of the Organizer).
- Total prize pool: 1,000,000 Qcoin
- Distribution is based on a point system (stake system) considering the following factors:
- Content quality;
- Audience and reach;
- Originality and compliance with requirements.
- Low-quality, auto-generated, or duplicate submissions will not be rewarded.
6. Participation and Reporting
- Participants must:
- Familiarize themselves with the instructions;
- Complete tasks according to the rules;
- Submit reports in the specified format.
- All reports are manually reviewed by moderators.
- Rewards are granted after verification and displayed in the User’s personal account.
- The top 10 participants are published on the bounty program page.
7. Control and Security Measures
- The Organizer has the right to:
- Disqualify participants for violations;
- Reject tasks that violate the rules;
- Suspend or modify the program at any time.
- The use of bots, fake accounts, or statistic manipulation is prohibited.
8. Program Completion
- The bounty program ends upon achieving its goals or reaching the specified deadline.
- Final results are published through the Service’s official channels.
- Payouts are made immediately after task verification is completed.
- Task status is displayed in the User’s personal account.
9. Disclaimer
9.1. This document is not an offer to conclude a contract, does not contain investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and does not constitute an offer or invitation to participate in investment activities.
9.2. Participation in the bounty program is voluntary, initiated by the participant, and at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, time, or reputation arising from participation in the program.
9.3. Tokens or other rewards issued under the program are not securities, shares in the company, or a means of payment guaranteed by any jurisdiction. The Organizer does not guarantee their market value, liquidity, or the possibility of exchange for fiat money.
9.4. Participants must independently comply with the laws of their country, including but not limited to tax obligations, currency control, and restrictions on digital assets. The Organizer does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with local laws by the participant.
9.5. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the bounty program at any time without prior notice, as well as to reject participation or cancel rewards if violations of this Regulation are detected.
9.6. This Regulation is governed by the general principles of international law and provisions applicable to decentralized digital projects. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or, if impossible, according to the jurisdiction determined by the Organizer.
10. Processing and Protection of Personal Data
10.1. As part of participation in the bounty program, the Organizer may request and process the following categories of personal data: name (nickname), email address, public cryptocurrency address (wallet address), social media account links, content created within the program, and other data voluntarily provided by the participant.
10.2. All personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purposes of:
- Administration of participation in the bounty program;
- Verification and confirmation of completed tasks;
- Calculation and distribution of rewards;
- Compliance with legal obligations (if any arise).
10.3. The Organizer undertakes to take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
10.4. Participants have the right to request access to, modification, or deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.
10.5. In case of withdrawal of consent or request for data deletion, the Organizer reserves the right to deny further participation in the bounty program and not pay rewards if this impedes verification of honest participation.
10.6. Data is not transferred to third parties except on lawful grounds.
10.7. The Organizer does not engage in mass collection, sale, or other commercial use of participants' personal data.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of this Regulation.
11.2. Questions and disputes are resolved through negotiations. If impossible, the Organizer determines the method of dispute resolution.
